How to clear your Microsoft Teams cache
Here’s what you need to do to clear the local cache for Microsoft Teams.
1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
2. Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%MicrosoftTeams

At the moment, Microsoft does not have a way to clear the local cache in Microsoft Teams. On the Microsoft Teams UserVoice, users have requested an option to clear the cache on Microsoft Teams from within the graphical user interface (GUI).
